Located on the A9 and North Coast 500 route on the northern edge of Brora, Brora Heritage is easy to reach by car, train and bus.

  • Approximately 90 minutes from Inverness by car
  • Around 1.3km from Brora Railway Station
  • Around 50 metres from the nearest X99 bus stop
  • Clearly signposted from the A9

Step-Free Access

The museum, Clyne Kitchen and Gift Shop are all located on the ground floor and can be accessed without steps.

Accessible Toilets

An accessible toilet is available on the ground floor. All toilet facilities are individual rooms for added privacy and convenience.

Accessible Parking

Disabled parking is available directly in front of the building, close to the main entrance.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building.

Sensory Considerations

Early mornings and later afternoons are generally the quietest times to visit. Please be aware that light and sound levels vary throughout the centre, and Clyne Kitchen can become busy at peak times.
